Welcome to JJ Wright Mobile Notary Services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

We provide mobile notary services for legal documents including:

  • Loan documents

  • Powers of attorney

  • Wills

  • Affidavits

  • Real estate closings

We do not offer legal advice or document preparation.

2. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) at the time of notarization.

3. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are required and subject to availability. Same-day and emergency services may incur additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Mobile payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Cash App)

5. Travel & Wait Time

Travel fees are based on distance. Additional charges may apply for wait times exceeding 15 minutes.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The signer is not present

  • The signer lacks valid ID

  • The signer appears unwilling or mentally incapable

  • The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces

7. Confidentiality

All documents and client information are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not retain copies unless required by law.

💳 Refund Policy

We strive to provide reliable and professional service. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The notary is unable to complete the notarization due to our error

  • The appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment

  • No refunds for completed notarizations

3. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if requested 24+ hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling may incur a fee.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. We will respond within 5 business days.
